Description

The Plain Weave Mesh is also called square weave wire mesh and is the most commonly used weave.

Specification parameter

1.Raw material: SUS/AISI 201 202 302 304 310 310S 316 316L 321 430 etc.

2.Wire diameter: 0.015-1.8mm

3.Weaving count: 1mesh -635mesh

4.Weaving width: 190mm, 915mm, 1000mm, 1245mm to 1550mm （can made-custom it ）

5.Weaving length: usually, manufactured in 30m ( up to 200m) long

Plain Weave Mesh Features:

1. Heat, acid, corrosion resistance, wear resistance. Surface smooth, clean, non-toxic, health, environmental protection.

2. The mesh surface is smooth, clean and free of dirt

Application:

Plain weave mesh can be used in many fields:

For screening and filtration in acid and alkali environment, as mud mesh in petroleum industry, as screen filter in chemical fiber industry, as pickling mesh in electroplating industry, for gas and liquid filtration and separation of other media.
